Can I rent from Box Valet and still use a moving company or movers?
Absolutely! Box Valet complements professional moving services.
Movers love our bins because they're stackable, secure, easy to handle, and helps in EXPEDITING the entire moving process!
What is included in the bundles?
Our bundles include a set number of bins and labels. All rentals are for a
weekly term and include customer pickup and return at our Atlanta location (~4 minutes from Truist Park).
Are your bins more environmentally friendly than cardboard boxes?
Absolutely! Our bins are reusable, reducing waste and the environmental impact of single-use cardboard boxes, tape, and packing supplies.
How can I use Box Valet bins?
Perfect for moving, storage, office relocations, seasonal organization, event preparation, or any project requiring durable, secure containers to protect your belongings.
What is your cleaning process?
Each bin is carefully sanitized after use. We use eco-friendly, hospital-grade disinfectants, along with steam-cleaning to ensure the bins are clean, safe, and ready for your next move.
Does Box Valet offer purchase options?
We are rental-only, as we promote reuse to reduce waste. We'd be happy to help you with ongoing rentals for extended projects.
What is your pickup and return process?
After you confirm your order, your bins will be ready for pickup at our Atlanta location on your scheduled date for you to pick them up. Once your rental period ends, simply return the bins to the same location at your pre-scheduled date/time.
What is the minimum rental duration?
The minimum rental duration for Box Valet bins is 1 week. We recommend starting your rental 3 days before moving day to give yourself plenty of time to pack, with moving day typically falling on day 4. This schedule allows days 5 and 6 for unpacking at your new location for a smooth, stress-free experience.
How can I extend my rental time?
The option to extend a rental is based on availability; we are able to accommodate in most instances based on availability. Extension pricing can be found on our pricing page.
Simply login to the portal and extend or text "EXTEND" to 770-800-2269 to request a week extension.
Can I return my rental before the scheduled time?
Yes! You're welcome to return your bins early if you finish ahead of schedule. Just adjust your rental timeline in our portal to confirm the new return date/time. Please note, rental pricing remains the same even if the bins are returned sooner.
I don't have a vehicle, can I still use Box Valet?
Absolutely. If you do not have a vehicle, you can book an Uber Courier or U-Haul Rental right to our Atlanta pickup location (~4 minutes from Truist Park).
Can the bins fit in my vehicle?
We've put together a handy "Will they fit in my vehicle?" guide to show which bundle sizes work best with small SUVs, midsize SUVs, XL SUVs, cargo vans, and box trucks. Review it before pickup so you can avoid extra trips.
Does someone need to bring ID when picking up bins?
No, we use a secure system to validate identity for each rental during our order confirmation process.
How long should I keep my rental?
Rental durations depend on your needs. Most customers rent for 2 weeks to allow for packing and unpacking without feeling rushed.
Extended rental periods are available upon request.
Can I reschedule my pickup or return date?
Yes! Just login to our portal and adjust your reservation in the system or contact us to adjust on your behalf. All requests are based on availability.
What if I need more bins after pickup?
No problem! Simply place a new reservation for an additional bundle or log in using your account access to adjust your existing reservation.

Do you accommodate same day reservations?
Yes, we can often accommodate same-day and next-day pickup based on availability.
Are there any cancellation fees?
We do not charge cancellation fees if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, no refund will be provided.
Are there any damage fees?
Our bins are built to be extremely durable, but if a bin is lost, severely damaged beyond repair, or has made contact with biohazard substances a replacement fee will be applied.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Your deposit covers our self-service process, late returns, excessive cleaning, pet contamination, or lost/damaged bins and lids.

Each bin can hold multiple items, such as clothes, office supplies, dishes, or books. They're designed to maximize space while maintaining easy handling.
Are your bins easy to carry?
Yes, our bins are equipped with ergonomic handles, making them easy to carry even when fully packed.
What are the dimensions of your bins?
Our standard bins are approximately 27 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 12 inches high, offering ample storage space for your belongings.
How much weight can the bins hold?
Our bins are extremely sturdy and can securely carry up to 50 pounds without issue.
