What is included in the bundles?
Our bundles include a set number of bins and free labels. Dollies are available for $10 per week each. All rentals are self-service pickup and return at our Vinings location (~4 minutes from Truist Park).
Are your bins more environmentally friendly than cardboard boxes?
Absolutely! Our bins are reusable, reducing waste and the environmental impact of single-use cardboard boxes, tape, and packing supplies.

What is your cleaning process?

We are rental-only, as we promote reuse to reduce waste. We'd be happy to help you with ongoing rentals for extended projects.
How much does it cost to rent moving bins in Atlanta?
1 Bedroom: 20 bins - $109 for one week, $59 each additional week
2 Bedroom: 40 bins - $129 for one week, $79 each additional week
3 Bedroom: 60 bins - $149 for one week, $99 each additional week
4 Bedroom: 80 bins - $229 for one week, $129 each additional week
5 Bedroom: 100 bins - $269 for one week, $149 each additional week
What is your pickup and return process?
After you confirm your order, your bins will be ready for pickup at our Atlanta location on your scheduled date for you to pick them up. Once your rental period ends, simply return the bins to the same location at your pre-scheduled date/time.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Our minimum rental is one week, and you can extend by the week at any point. Most movers choose two weeks; it's enough time to pack without rushing and unpack at your own pace on the other end. If you're organized and moving locally, one week is often plenty.
How can I extend my rental time?
The option to extend a rental is based on availability; we are able to accommodate in most instances based on availability. Extension pricing can be found here.

Can I return my rental before the scheduled time?
Yes! You're welcome to return your bins early if you finish ahead of schedule. Just adjust your rental timeline in our portal to confirm the new return date/time. Please note, rental pricing remains the same even if the bins are returned sooner.
I don't have a vehicle, can I still use Box Valet?
Absolutely. If you do not have a vehicle, you can book an Uber Courier or U-Haul Rental right to our Atlanta pickup location (~4 minutes from Truist Park).
Can the bins fit in my vehicle?
We've put together a handy "Will they fit in my vehicle?" guide to show which bundle sizes work best with small SUVs, midsize SUVs, XL SUVs, cargo vans, and box trucks. Review it before pickup so you can avoid extra trips.
Does someone need to bring ID when picking up bins?
No, we use a secure system to validate identity for each rental during our order confirmation process.
How long should I keep my rental?
A good rule of thumb: pick up your bins about three days before moving day, so you can pack gradually instead of scrambling the night before. That leaves moving day around day four, with the rest of the week for unpacking.
If your move spans two locations, involves a closing date, or you'd rather not rush the unpacking, two weeks is the more comfortable choice; it's what most of our customers book. You can also start with one week and extend later if you need more time.
Can I reschedule my pickup or return date?
Yes! Just Simply text "EXTEND" to 770-800-2269 to request a week extension. All requests are based on availability.
What if I need more bins after pickup?
No problem! Simply place a new reservation for an additional bundle or log in using your account access to adjust your existing reservation.

Do you accommodate same day reservations?
Yes, we can often accommodate same-day and next-day pickup based on availability.
Pickup & Return Process
Are there any cancellation fees?
We do not charge cancellation fees if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, no refund will be provided.
Are there any damage fees?
Our bins are built to be extremely durable, but if a bin is lost, severely damaged beyond repair, or has made contact with biohazard substances a replacement fee will be applied.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Your deposit covers our self-service process, late returns, excessive cleaning, pet contamination, or lost/damaged bins and lids. Security deposits are released to the financial institution within 5-7 business days of each return after the inspection process has been completed.

Our standard bins are approximately 27 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 12 inches high, offering ample storage space for your belongings.

Our bins are extremely sturdy and can securely carry up to 50 pounds without issue.
