BoxValet
Pickup Day Made Simple
You’ve reserved your BoxValet bundle—now it’s time to pick up your bins from Sugar Hill. But before you head over, there’s one important question:
Will they fit in your car?
With BoxValet’s convenient self-service pickup model, you save on delivery—but it helps to know if your vehicle is up to the task. Here’s a breakdown of how many bins you can expect to transport based on your vehicle type and the bundle you’ve selected.
Each BoxValet bin is:
27” long
17” wide
12” high
7.7 lbs empty
Stackable up to 5–6 high in most vehicles
They’re easy to load, safe for car interiors, and can be arranged upright or laid flat depending on your cargo space.
Fits in: Chevrolet Trax, Honda CR-V, Ford Escape (or similar)
Tips: Fold down back seats. Stack in two rows, 5–6 bins high/side. Remaining bins fit upright or flat in trunk.
✅ Yes, you can fit your entire studio bundle in one trip with a compact SUV.
Recommended vehicle: Toyota Highlander, Honda Passport, Jeep Grand Cherokee (or similar mid-size SUV)
Tips: Fold second and third row seats. Stack 5 bins across and 5 bins high in cargo area. Use floor space behind front seats if needed.
🚗 If you’re driving a mid-size SUV, you’ll be able to transport your 1BR bundle in one trip.
Recommended vehicle: Honda CR-V, Subaru Forester, Hyundai Tucson (or similar small SUV)
Tips: Use cargo area and fold rear seats for optimal stacking.
🧳 A small SUV will get the job done for most 2-bedroom moves. Stack carefully and fill floor space.
Recommended vehicle: Mazda CX-90, Honda Pilot, Toyota Tacoma, Volkswagen Atlas (or similar mid-size SUV)
Tips: Lay flat rows of bins and stack vertically. Bins may reach up to ceiling height. Fold all rear seating.
🧭 Mid-size SUVs can fit a 3-bedroom bundle with strategic stacking—bring a helper to load safely.
Recommended vehicle: Ford Expedition, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Canyon, Toyota Sequoia (or similar large SUV)
Tips: You’ll need full use of the vehicle’s cabin space. Consider removing third-row seating if possible.
🚚 For 4-bedroom moves, a large SUV will accommodate 75 bins in one trip if packed efficiently.
Recommended vehicle: Ford Transit, Chevrolet Silverado, Ram ProMaster City (or similar cargo van or full-size truck)
Tips: Bins can be stacked 5–6 high, side-by-side across van or truck bed. Use moving blankets or straps for stability.
📦 Larger homes require serious cargo space. Skip the multiple trips—use a cargo van, truck, or book an Uber Courier to save time.
If your vehicle can’t accommodate your full bundle or you don’t want to make multiple trips, you can book an Uber Courier or moving helper right to our Sugar Hill pickup location.
We recommend scheduling the pickup to match your appointment time and sharing bin size info with your driver:
Tell them: 27” x 17” x 12”, 7.7 lbs each, stackable
Let them know total quantity
Ensure vehicle has flat cargo space (flatten third row seating preferred)
Bring a blanket or mat to protect your car’s interior
Have bungee cords or straps if stacking high in a pickup truck
Snap a quick before photo to remember how bins were arranged
Our team is available with helping hands make loading smooth and stress-free!
